SuperFam offers a free plan with essential features. Some advanced features in the future may require a subscription but the current feature set remains free

How can I use SuperFam with my family?
To connect with your family on SuperFam, Click on Add/Manage Family on the home screen or the chats tab → Invite your Family via their phone number or by using a QR that they can scan if you are together at the same place. If they already have the app, they can accept your request. Otherwise, they’ll need to download the app, register, and then accept your invite. Once connected, you can use all of SuperFam’s shared features together.

How does SuperFam secure my files and app data?
SuperFam uses AES-256 encryption both at rest and in transit. Your data is encrypted while moving between devices through our servers, and we cannot read it at any point. This ensures that your chats, files, and notes remain secure and private between your devices and your family members. All your app data is only stored on your family's phones, not on SuperFam's servers.

Where are my files and other data stored?
All your chats and files are stored locally on your device and your family members’ devices—not on our servers. SuperFam provides easy options to transfer data to a new phone or create a private backup for restoring your app data. You can backup to your personal Google Drive or iCloud account. You can also download a backup file on your phone - this file can be used to restore your app data on the same phone or even on a different device, it also works for moving from android to ios and vice versa.
